Is there anyway to lock down a PDF so it cannot be saved?

I'm looking to lock down a PDF with the security properties but even if it's lock to cannot print, edit, copy, etc. I find that I can still go to the "File" menu and to Save the PDF. Can this feature be locked down? And do you know if you can lock this feature down on the Internet menu too so you can't print or save?

No, you can't prevent someone from saving a document if you make it available for use. You can prevent users from changing the document and doing certain things like printing, but not all PDF software honors such restrictions.
