Issue : Adobe Acrobat Pro does not support Group value in “Person Or Group” field type column in SharePoint.
Issue Description : If we edit PDF document using Adobe Acrobat Pro application, it does not hold group value from ‘People OR Group’ field type column in SharePoint document library.
Example : - In a SharePoint document library, we created a column (PNGType) with “Person or Group” type and set this column as ‘Required’.
A PDF document is uploaded in this document library and added a group name for ‘PNGType’ column. A SharePoint group name is added in PNGType column.
When this pdf document is modified using Adobe Acrobat Pro, it does not hold group value in PNGType column and prompts to fill required value in column.
Can you please check and suggest a solution to this issue.
