I have a fillable form created using Adobe Acrobat PRO DC. This form is sent out to different person to fill out. Once i received these forms back and we convert them to CSV using the "Merge Data Files into Spreadsheet". All forms are converted to CSV successfully. However, some drop down fields in the form seem not to be exported correctly to CSV as expected, but some are converted to CSV successfully. Instead of exporting the value, it exported the drop down item name. For example, in the Country drop down field, it exported "India", instead of "IND" value.
Note that not all forms we received have the same behavior. Selected forms exported drop down fields incorrectly, some are correct.
Has anyone encounter this one? How can we resolve this?
