Issue in exporting PDF

Lately, when I am needing to convert my documents to word, excel, etc. I am unable to complete the task. Adobe simply will not complete the task. My subscription is current and this wastes huge amounts of time. Any quick fixes or solutions?

Reader is not capable of creating PDF files. You say you have a subscription. To what, exactly?

Sorry for the inconvenience caused. Please let us know the following details to help resolve the issue:

- Reader version you are using? Also update to the latest version form Help-> Check for Updates

- OS of your machine?

- Are you able to convert using the online service from cloud.acrobat.com?

- Please share with us the error message you see
