Issue upgrading to Acrobat DC on Mac

New Here ,
Feb 01, 2016 Feb 01, 2016

Hello! Wondering if someone could help me. I have a new-ish Mac running OS 10.11, and I have an update to Acrobat DC available through Creative Cloud. I tried to update there, and I got a notice that Acrobat DC can't be installed until I uninstall the previous version of Acrobat. I did this, and I still get the same notice, even though Acrobat is no longer on my system. Any ideas on what's happening? (Thanks!)

Hi brianc49102834,

Please uninstall CC using this cleaner tool Use the Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool to solve installation problems, restart your Mac & reinstall CC along with Acrobat DC.

Let me know how it goes.

Aadesh
