Similar to ClaireH2844's post Bounding Box lines appear in exported PDF - InDesign I have a pdf that is riddle with bounding boxes - they stop and start every four or five lines. In my case these overlap and any edits I make alter their configuration so that, for instance, adding text overlays one box with another and in the process overlays one line of text with another. Am I right in thinking this is an issue with the original document source (exported from InDesign)? Or is it something to do with my new installation of adobe DC Pro? Other documents do not seem to suffer this issue to the same extent, although I haven't really had time to test that out thoroughly (Deadlines and all that)
