Hi,

i use 'Convert to PDF' option in Adobe DC, that menu, i can see this menu in my system by right clicking on any ImageType File.

Its gives message for 'Could not open file as below'.

Adobe could not open file because  it is either not a supported file type or because the file has been damaged (for

example, it was sent as an email attachment and wasn't correctly decoded).

Thanks

Ok, this is unusual. How do you make the colour JPEG exactly? And how do you make the greyscale JPEG?

Color JPEG provided by client , i use IMAGINE software to open this file & convert it into GrayScale and then use above steps to open file in PDF then it works fine.

Thanks

I don't know the IMAGINE software but will it let you open the JPEG and save it in colour? Worth a try.

Ok, try different software. Paint, for example. It can open and save JPEG.

One thought now - could it be the name? Does the file name definitely end with .JPG ? Some software needs that.

LATEST

yes it ends with .jpg extension.

File name is in format like '00000_9090.jpg', so i guess there should not be any issue with naming..

Thanks
