keep getting error when pdf generates- can someone help me to fix this error

every time I have to open a pdf I keep getting the same error...and it causes my adobe to freeze up. how can I have the error fixed?

It will help if you at least provide the most basic details, such as your version of Acrobat, your OS, the error message, does it happen when you try to create a file or just open it (it's not clear from your question), how the file is being created, etc.
