License not working

New Here ,
Oct 13, 2016 Oct 13, 2016

hello,

i bought Acrobat XI Pro, ADOBE2.jpg

registered and received a Serial.

I entered it, but it turned out it was not working (see right side of screenshot).

then I realized, that license was for Acrobat Pro DC.

so i installed Acrobat Pro DC, entered License, but it was also not working (see left side of the screenshot).

Which application should i now download that goes well with my license code?

Support ticket is Adobe ID

Hi,

You need a different Acrobat DC installer which works with your serial key. Please download Acrobat DC from the location Download Pro or Standard versions of Acrobat DC, XI, or X  and serialize it using your serial key.

Thanks

Ravi
