Line drawing shows pixels in Acrobat

I couldn't get the exact size on these circles, but you get the idea. I lose quality when I convert the graphic in Word to PDF. The graphic is an eps file. That's what the Marketing department recommended. I usually work with png files, but the results wasn't any better.

Any suggestions?
