Lost Activation Code

I obtained my activation code per a student plan, so so there is no record on the website indicating that I purchased Adobe Acrobat XI.  However, when I talked to an Adobe representative concerning a problem early on, my file existed.  How do I obtained my activation code? 

I did a refresh on the computer so the original program is in Windows.old.  Does that help?

You should be registered on Adobe.com, even if you purchased Acrobat as a part of a "student plan".

Since I bought the product through Adobe directly, would it still have the activation code?  If so, how do I contact them for that information, even though I failed to register the product.

The activation code is only valid in the moment you install the application and can't activate it automatically.

What you need is the serial-number. If you have that then try to install the application and activate it. If the activation fails then you need to get a new activation code from Adobe.
