Hi DaleGDavis,

Please check the compatibility of Microsoft  Outlook with Acrobat. Compatible web browsers and PDFMaker applications, Adobe Acrobat

If you see an option " Select messages" on toolbar, click it and check if you find option to create PDF.

You can also right click on the mail and convert it to PDF.

Let me know if you need further help.

Regards,

Meenakshi

Dear Aadesh:

The chart says it is compatible – e.g.: My  Adobe Acrobat 8.1 is compatible with Outlook 2007. In fact, I have been using it for several years before I lost it. I cannot find  “select messages” in tool bar nor can I find “convert to PDF” by right clicking.  I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling Outlook, and did the same for Acrobat 8.1. Neither action brought back my Adobe Acrobat.
