I installed Creative Cloud a couple of weeks ago and primarily use Acrobat. However, on my iMac as well as my MacAir, running Acrobat causes my computer to become non-responsive upon waking from sleep and trying to log in. I chatted with a support rep,@ but that did not resolve the issue. I was told that case would be elevated to a "higher level" and I'd receive a call within 48 hrs. That didn't happen either...
