Trying to set up a 500-page document with javascript actions. I would like to keep that javascript embeded into the document when a portion of the document is exported. This doesn't work when exporting through the GUI so can this be accomplished using more Javascript?

Unless you export the pages by printing them to the Adobe PDF printer all the actions on the objects they contain should remain exactly the same. So how are you doing it currently, exactly?

I misspoke on the export... we are doing an extraction to get certain pages separated from the larger overall document.

Is it possible to do this through extraction?

What kind of "extraction"? How are you doing it, exactly?

I can speak a bit to this for Josh.  We have a 500 page file that contains 500 unique sheets.  We have applied Javascripting to all of the sheets for a dynamic date functionality within a few fields. When the file opens, the date is +30 days in one field and +15 in another.  When we go to extract each sheet as its' own individual file, we lose the dynamic date functionality.  We receive this error;

You will get this message when you combine files with same form fields.

This has nothing to do with extract or export pages.

We have asked (more than once) exactly how you extract. Please answer this - not the effect, but what you click and choose for options. Screen shots may help. You need to answer this, because it seems crucial to the problem.
