how do I restore the Menu bar at the top of the screen, My specific tool bares are there but I can not find out to restore the menu bar

Try to press F9 and check if you get the Menu bar back .

Could you let us know the application installed on the machine-Adobe Acrobat/Acrobat Reader?

Try right-clicking an empty area on the toolbar and select Menu Bar, does that work?
