Modifying forms after they've been made fillable

New Here ,

I'm using Adobe Acrobat DC Pro along with Adobe LiveCycle Designer ES4.

The document I'm working with was created in Word 2013 and then converted to a pdf.  In Acrobat, I converted the pdf to a fillable form.  Once it was fillable, I modified it in LiveCycle.  Right now, it's a fillable, save-able form.  I would like to modify the document.  When I pull it up in Adobe, it tells me that it has to be edited in LiveCycle.  Once back in LiveCycle, it's wont let me change anything.

I've attached a copy of them fillable document and highlighted the fields and text (in the red box) that I want to delete from the form without having to start over with a word document, delete the fields/text and then convert to pdf and make it fillable.

Thank you VERY MUCH!
