Mouse scroll wheel

My mouse scroll wheel does not function since our company installed Acrobat XI.  Is there a setting to enable this function?

Hi BJ1118 ,

Could you please tell if this is happening in Acrobat only or in other program as well?

Try to open Word and check if you are able to scroll in MS Word.

Check if Scrolling is enable, Open Acrobat>View>Page Display>Enable Scrolling.

Check if any updates available for Acrobat,Open Acrobat>Help>Check for Updates.

I can scroll within my Adobe Acrobat document itself. I just cannot use the scroll bar when I am in moving around in the comment pane. I could scroll before version XI now I cannot.

Yes, that is the function I am having trouble with. I can “click” in there to get around, but I cannot use my mouse wheel to scroll.

Could you please tell if this is happening in a single document or with all of them?

Try to check with another document .

If the issue with all documents ,try to check if there is any update available , open Acrobat XI>Help>Check for Updates.

If installing updates doesn't fix the issue, try to repair Acrobat , Open Acrobat>Help>Repair Acrobat Installation.
