move CS6 from one computer to another

I'm trying to move CS6 from one computer to another but i can't get the serial number to activate.  Help

Hi B Chu,

Please be advised that there is no need of serial number to install CS6.

Instead, you need to install the Creative Suite app and then activate using your Adobe ID and password.

then i choose the product which is Design Suite and web Premium 6

So when i open up Indesign these next pop up comes up:

so i sign in and it asks for my serial number which i input and then i get the two pops up i posted earlier
