I have some documents created and carefully edited in Word 2016 for Mac, and hoped to converted them into PDFs looking exactly the same as they were in MS Word. However, I could find a way to make it, and had to do that in MS Windows, where from within MS Word 2016 for Windows I could use the Save as PDF add-on from Adobe.
Please advise how I can do the same from Mac OS X? Thanks.

Hi jtkirk001,
Please open the Word file and select file and select print and the left hand side you get a PDF option and from there click on save as PDF,save the location where you want.
