I kept getting a message about ICC distiller profiles or something and reinstalling acrobat - so I uninstalled on my desktop but now can't find the serial no. I have the program on my laptop. What can I do to reinstall on my desktop?

Hi fleurforever
You can verify your serial number from this link : Find your Adobe product serial number quickly
Also you can install acrobat X pro from this link :Download Pro or Standard versions of Acrobat DC, XI, or X
Also please let us know the OS version on your system ?
And please share the exact message which you get .

Sarojini - am running win 7 xp on both machines
How do I get acrobat 10 pro back on my desktop - all I can see is that I
installed it on 1/20/2014 (and also logged into the adobe site that day) -
it does not show in my adobe account. I am going to go back and check my
credit cards statements and confirm the transaction that I know exists but
then I expect someone from ADOBE to help me!
I've already missed out on my cs6 update due to poor communication/customer
service and now this!

Hi again - so this is what is confusing me - from my laptop I can update my
Acrobat 10 pro etc - it is a licensed copy that I purchased. However it
does not reflect on my adobe account - even when I click to complete/update
Adobe ID from within the version on the account, it requires the serial
number.

Hi once more - from further reading online it seems that it should be part
of my CS5.5 suite but requires a separate key??? What on earth?
