My adobe account says im out of licenses, however i am not, who can help me?

My adobe account says i have used all my licenses, but that is incorrect and should have a couple left, how can i get these?

Hi A.L. Huber,

When you are saying you are out of licenses, are you checking those under My Account in Adobe.com?

I want to mention that if user purchases single user license ,he/she gets one serial number and you are saying you have 4 license , that means either you may have purchased volume license and those can't be seen under Adobe.com, else you have purchased two individual products may be under two different Adobe id .
