My Adobe expired however...

when clicking on re-activate it says to check internet connection; but odd thing is i am fully connected to the internet but for some reason it doesn't recognize it?

Could you please elaborate the issue and let us know the exact version of Acrobat you are using and also the OS version on your system ?

Also could you please attach a screenshot of the error message so that we can analyze it at our end .
