My Adobe is suddenly unactivated. When I try to open a PDF it says activation failed.

This is on a Government computer/network overseas. Adobe claims it can't auto-activate because I don't have internet, but I do. I got a code to manually activate, but apparently I need a product serial number as well, I have no idea what that'd be.

I'm sure it was, but that was some guy in the Government a long time ago. I have no way of tracking it down. IT personnel are not helpful at all.
