My computer "Upgraded" to Win 10. Now the combinde files function on the Windows context menu does not "Pop up". Any Ideas?

I have done a repair.

There resides another problem.

Acrobat Pro XI will not update.

Error reads as follows.

Update Failed

Error 1328.Error applying patch to file C:\Config.Msi\PTA6A2.tmp

It has probably been updated by other means, and can no longer be modified by this patch.
