My HD died, need to reinstall CC but cant find the product key in my adobe account

I am getting no help from Adobe, how can I reinstall the product that I prepaid for 1 year service a couple of months ago

I see that you have Adobe Export PDF Annual (Acrobat.com) subscription, you may reinstall from here https://acrobat.adobe.com/us/en/free-trial-download.html
