My Macbook pro and my Mac lock up at least twice a day when using acrobat pro.

When I'm working in Acrobat Pro on either of my Mac or Macbook, it never fails, I get the twirling circle and I have to restart my computer.  I'm using Safari Version 9.0.3 and I have all updates installed.   I've made sure that Adobe is up to date.  I actually use Creative Cloud.
