My Windows 8 crashed so I had to reload most software including Acrobat X, I have purchased X Standard, 8 Standard, 7 Standard, 5.0 & 4.0. But the software (X Standard) won't allow activation to the same computer. It askes for a previous version but will not allow me to insert the SN for 8 Standard or other previous versions. My computer is Windows 8.1
