Need help creating Forms that work in all browsers.

I have created many forms that I have on our website and can be filled out and submitted (using a button via mailto:) directly to me.  Some people cannot fill in the forms, some people cannot sign the Digital Signature, and some people cannot submit.  The problems vary.  It seems like Internet Explorer works the best.  In any case, I am not sure what to do about this.  I really could use some help.

Thank you,

Lance

I think you might be on the wrong forum, this is Premiere Pro, the video editing program.

You may not move a message... but post the name of the program you are using and a Moderator may move this message

Unfortunately this is not something that is guaranteed to work, there are too many variables.  Most web browsers now have their own built in PDF viewers which in most cases do not support many features in PDFs, especially in forms.  If you review some forum threads on the issues you'll learn a lot more than I can share here now, but basically if a user has Adobe Reader installed and configured to open PDFs in the web browser that should work well, but you cannot know that your consumers will have Reader set as the PDF viewer in their browser...

Here is a thread on this issue: Filling out a PDF Form in a Web Browser

Thanks,

Josh

‌No way can you make this work. you need instead to tell people to download the firm. even then mail to is not a reliable way to submit.
