Need help printing interactive PDFs which use text fields

Hi,

I've just completed designing a 'work book' in Indesign and have several text fields for the end user to enter in their responses. Just testing the PDF and it's not printing, saying that the page does not exist. I've even reduced to just 1 single test page and tried Command+P, but it still doesn't recognise the page.

Where did you test it? In what application did you open the file?
