I have a similar problem where I have old hard drives with my Adobe Acrobat on them that have crashed and now when trying to install the program again on this hard drive I continue to get a message that tells me I need a program and serial number to install on this computer. If I am being to vague a reply asking for more necessary information would be helpful.

Vernonsmith4466 I am sorry you are facing difficulties reinstalling Adobe Acrobat. What version of Acrobat are you install on the new hard drive? What operating system are you using? Was any data or applications recovered from the old drives?

Thank you for replying Jeff. I am installing Adobe Acrobat 11. I am using an Intel Core i5-2400 with Windows. No data was recovered from the old drives and so I am not able to uninstall them on those computers

I attempted your recommendations but I still faced the same problem. I keep recieving this message when i attempt to use Adobe Acrobat 11. Like I said before the other computers have crashed and there's no way for me to remove them off of those computers.
