need to remove license from computer to move to another PC.
This is all the information I have and can get about the product. I don't know when/who purchased it, or where the key is. I was asked to move the software from an older laptop to a new laptop.
Good luck with that . Without a legitimate serial number, you're stuck.

This is Adobe Acrobat 10, installed on a Windows 7 Laptop.

It doesn't work that way.
Basically as Nancy said. You do not "move" to a new computer, you install using the serial number and then with that activate Acrobat.
Here's a few ideas how to Find your serial number​.

If it was a purchased (perpetual licensed) product, open the application and go to Help > Deactivate.
Creative Cloud products don't use serial numbers. They are activated by your Adobe log-in ID and password. In that case, go to Help > Sign-out.
