Network shared comments

I have been struggling for past few days solving network shared comments. i am wondering why there are some folders only it works and other wont. error is "acrobat did not response from the server, try again later or call sys admin". the strange part is, it is only one PC unit that is not working, other PC on the same OU is working fine. all of them have the same folder permission and can open and comment the same PDF directly to the file but when using the shared comments, the error occurs.

     1. PC are at the same OU.

     2. PC have the same VLAN.

     3. user can modify the PDF directly from the shared network.

     4. users are the same folder permission.

     5. Acrobat X Pro.

     6. Windows 7 Pro.

question is:

     1. what is the minimum rights on the folder for shared comment?

     2. is the file name matter? as i have very very long folder path plus filename.

     3.  why it is only for one person?
