new Acrobat menu interface - a bad step backwards?

New Here ,

I'm finding the new Acrobat Pro menu system a major step backwards in ease of use. As an experienced user, I've actually found myself on one occasion unable how to find a way of closing one file. I'm a serious user of portfolios, and I've had to do some searching around to find how to create them (not a problem with the old setup). On adding files to a portfolio, I've had links disappear when I've tried to open a file.

I'm also looking at two file menus at the top of my page - File/Edit/View/Help and Home/Tools . These seem to be two separate set-ups.

The new Tools page is very unfriendly, in that it forces me to do some considerable scrolling down to discover if there are functions down below that I need.

I'm sorry, but the current set up is a mess and is wasting my time.

Please get some people to really test it out. This is comes over as a badly-designed beta setup.
