Hello,
I had the educational version of adobe acrobat pro. I got a new computer and migrated all my data with no problems, except apparently acrobat pro! I had to use a free trial (again), which has now expired and it is asking me to purchase it all over again. I don't have a serial number, because I assumed it would be in my adobe account (which it is not). How do I verify with someone that I've already purchased the product and just need my serial number? I should not have to buy something again just because I got a new computer. Very frustrated...

With no information in your Adobe account Adobe ID there is no way that I know of for Adobe to find your information
