No Comments List

A co-worker downloaded Acrobat Pro. I need her to make changes on her pdf files, save them as fdf files and send them to me. My Acrobat pages are static; her pages change as she makes corrections. She has no Comments List so I can't see what her changes are. How can she make pdfs static and access Comments List?

It sounds like she is using the Text Edits Tool as opposed to the commenting tools. Stop her before she gets too far! Please see screenshot below. She needs to use the correct tools.
