No "check for updates" option in Pro DC for Mac help menu?

I work for a university and the campus installed Acrobat Pro DC on my Mac. I want to check for updates but there is no option in the Help menu. I've signed in with an Adobe account. What am I doing wrong?

Hi jeffreyh77486120,

There is a possibility that this option has been disabled, you might need to consult your IT department.

Let me know if that is not the case.

Thank You,

Shivam

I have consulted the Berkeley IT department. They showed up at my office,

reinstalled the software, and still no "check for updates" option. They are

baffled and will investigate. I'm using the latest iOS Sierra (which seemed

to displease the IT folks who have yet to approve of the upgrade). The

version the university provides is 2015.008.20082.

Thanks!
