No Tools button in adobe reader after fillable form created

I am using Adobe Acrobat Pro DC and I have created a fillable form and saved it as reader extend and enable more tools. When I open the form in adobe reader the tools tab is not there and I need it to extract the XML data.

Please help

Try "Repair installation" under Help menu if you are on Windows.

Please let us know the dot version of Adobe Acrobat Pro DC and OS you are using.

Also share the screenshot of the screen you get when you try to open the PDF form.

Are you experiencing this issue with a particular PDF?

I may have missed it, but have you seen it stated that this option will cause Tools buttons to appear in Reader? I know they enable JavaScript features.

Reader is not normally capable or extracting XML to a file. It is if Reader-enabled with the appropriate usage right with LiveCycle Reader Extensions, but Acrobat is not able to apply this usage right.
