Hi michaeln5760214,

Please use cleaner tool Use the Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool to solve installation problems and restart your system.

Then try to install Acrobat DC.

Let us know if you need any further help.

Regards,

Meenakshi

Yeah, I still need help for sure. I really don't want to uninstall windows because I can't figure out how to make my adobe products work. The one program I have through CC still works but I can't very well use After Effects without having Photoshop and Illustrator. But I can't wait forever for a solution either.

I have used the cleaner tool now and the programs are still there(all of CS6 design... Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Acrobat) But the uninstall coughs up the error above and now the programs don't work. If possible, I would like to remedy this situation before Monday without wiping the drive all together. If I have to, I will wipe the drive though.

Can you please elaborate more on the issue? Also, please update CC once.

What do you see when you log in to CC against 'Acrobat DC': Update or Try or Install? What exactly happens when you click on this?

Do you have any other Acrobat installed on the machine? If yes, which version?
