Using Adobe Reader XI ver.11.0.08 - Chrome ver. 49.0.2623.110 m - Just updated Java to ver. 8 update 77 build 1.8.0-77b03 - - all on Windows XP service pack 3

When I try to open an previously updated Fillable PDF I get "ACCESS DENIED" and a blank form... Tax forms
