not able to see Portfolio attachments in email

Hi,

i am having problems with a portfolio that i created, then sending them out via email.

the problem is that the people who have adobe creative cloud can see all the attachments within the portfolio which is all of the 14 attachments, but the people who don't have adobe creative cloud can only see 5 out of 14 of the attachments. the rest of the attachments are not there.

however if i put all the attachments and saved it as one whole pdf, then of course they can see it.

but what i really want is not to save it as one pdf and just email to everyone to see the portfolio.

I hope someone can help.

kind regards,

Long

Which Adobe program are you using to create your portfolio?

How are your recipients viewing the PDF portfolio? Does it make a difference if they view from within the email application vs. downloading the file and opening it in Adobe Acrobat or the free Adobe Reader?

Thank you so much for that Karl. It shouldn't make a difference. But at least it is a quick fix and for now they can open it when they download the file onto their desktop.

It's just on the older version of acrobat (I don't remember which version), I would create a portfolio and then send it via email, and everyone would be able to view it in their emails.

The feature is there, but only for adobe creative cloud users. have they taken this feature out for non adobe creative cloud users?
