OCR not saving

I have about 4 users that have the same problem. They OCR a document, go back into the document and it's not OCR'd anymore. This has happened 2 or 3 times on the same document, it has happened on different documents, it has happened on single page documents or multi-page files, it isn't consistant. We are running 32-bit Windows 7 enterprise SP1 and the version of Adobe Pro is 11.0.15. Is this a common problem? The issues started about 2 weeks ago.

Sorry for the issue you are facing. Can you please provide following information to help us identify and resolve the issue ASAP:

- Is this happening intermittently on same document that sometimes its OCRed and next time its not

- OCR settings

- Please share a sample document where you are facing this issue via https://cloud.acrobat.com/send
