New Here ,
Jan 27, 2016 Jan 27, 2016

My IT department cannot fix the problem that my Office 2013 apps cannot load
the Acrobat plug-in on Windows 7. Acrobat is at 11.0.14. I want Acrobat Support

to remotely confirm and fix the problem.

Hello, Aadesh, Your second-level support rep did all of that himself using

remote log in.

When he opened Excel 2013, it hung at the splash screen and did not open.

The splash screen had a note

referencing the Adobe Acrobat addin. This is the same behavior for other

Office 2013 apps when the

Acrobat addin is enabled.

Regards,

Laurie
