Office 365 2016 update has lost PDF add on

Hello

Just updated to the 2016 Office 365 and in all modules, my "adobe pdf" add on's has dissapeared

Any idea how to get these back? Tried a re install of Acrobat with no effect

Ive never used Microsoft 365 that I know of anyway....but yes I pay for it every month...duh, I know.

Now it says I have to pay to open one of my own PDF documents.  Answer in forum says to update Adobe.

How do I do that on my MacBook Pro?
