I have same problem. It was working fine until the latest update, now says I'm not connected to the internet...

This is not Acrobat DC, it's Acrobat Reader DC... The two are not the same. You can convert files with the former, not the latter, unless you have a subscription to something like Export PDF.

If you do have a subscription open this URL in your browser and you should be able to do it there: https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf

I'm running into the same thing. Every time, a full system restart fixes the issue. Then when I try to go back in later, I'm blocked again and have restart to use it. Something is very wrong here, and I see lots of others having this issue.
I can't access it via the online version either.
I shouldn't have to restart my system every time I want to use your product.

I think we can see though that, subscription or no, it says that there is no internet connection. My money is on being blocked by the firewall.

What exactly happens with the online version?
