Open Adobe account on a new PC?

I have an Adobe Reader and Adobe Professional on an old laptop. To download my Adobe account on the new laptop I thought I just needed to sign in to my Adobe account but that's not working.  How can I bring my old Adobe files to my new laptop?

Do you have Acrobat Professional DC and/or Acrobat Reader DC on the old computer?

If the files are on your hard drive, use a USB key.
