Open PDF using command-line from a SharePoint online URL

Since this week clients are reporting a problem opening a PDF file located on a OneDrive or SharePoint location

Example command-line Open action:

"C:\Program Files\Adobe\Acrobat DC\Acrobat\Acrobat.exe" "https://tenantname.sharepoint.com/sites/475013/42232313100/Documents/0001%20Document%205%20%5BV0.11%..."

See attached picture for how it used to work.  Now we get an MSAL token error.

“Sorry, but we’re having trouble signing you in.

AADSTS50000: There was an error issuing a token or an issue with our sign-in service.”
