Optimization - Error Encountered While Processing Images

New Here ,

I am working on Windows 7 - Adobe Acrobat Pro DC.  I have a rather large document that I pulled from multiple sources.  I started with a Publisher base which was then converted to PDF.  I then pulled in multiple other PDF files to create one large package.  I need to optimize the document since it is too large to upload on a web server, however I keep getting the same error:

I have done this before multiple times at my previous employer so I know this process works, but this is a new company and a new product.  It has to be in the configuration or settings, but I can't figure out what to change to make it work.

I am working on the following product:

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Hi Dawn,

Please let me know if you could reduce some other PDF file and see if the same error occurs.

If its a file specific issue, then it might be due to corrupt graphic in the file.

Let me know

Regards

Sarojini

Hi Sarojini,

I just tried a larger document but one that has no images and it seems I can reduce the size without an error.  However, when I tried a similar document that contains images and was put together in the same manner, I got a similar error:
