Option to copy highlighted text in comments not available

I updated my acrobat reader XI to DC because this option wasn't visible in XI but even with the update I am unable to access Copy selected text into Highlight, Strikethrough, and Underline comment pop-ups. How do copy highlighted text into comments?

That's strange that those options aren't available in Reader. You should submit a bug report: Feature Request/Bug Report Form
