I am using Outlook 2010 and Adobe Acrobat XI Pro. When I print an email using File | Print in Outlook, if the email has attachments, they show as icons but their filenames are black boxes with illegible text. Is there a setting I can modify to fix this?
Alternatively, I could use the "Adobe PDF" menu option in Outlook to "Convert to Adobe PDF", however that method does not show the voting (i.e. approve/reject or yes/no) from the Tracking Tab in Outlook, so there is no evidence of the crucial (to me) voting responses.

Here is an example of what I am receiving on my PDF when I print from Outlook 2010 using the "Adobe PDF Converter" as a printer (have Acrobat XI Pro installed). I was previously using Outlook 2007 with an earlier version of Adobe Acrobat and it worked just fine (email attachment filenames were black text on white background and were truncated after a certain number of characters, but at least they were legible). Is this a function of my Adobe PDF Converter driver, or the version of Acrobat I have, or Outlook 2010?
