Hello, I am using Adobe Acrobat Pro 9 Version 9.4.4

Recently I lost the ability to see the page layout on the left hand side of the screen. I used to be able to move the pages around and change the page order. Also be able delete specific pages using the tool bar on the left side. It was like a screen view of all the pages. I can't figure out how to get that back. Please help.

Thanks,

Mike

Did you look under the View menu? You should find Show Page Thumbnails (or Navigation pane). I no longer have Acrobat 9 Pro, cannot give you the exact option under the menu, sorry. I am sure someone else will help you.

What operating system are you using? Acrobat 9.x is not supported on any new version of Windows or Mac OS, so if you are trying to run it on e.g. El Capitan or Windows 10, that would not be a surprise. Also, you are not running the latest version of Acrobat 9. You should update your installation to see if the latest version still does this.:

As I said, Acrobat 9 is too old for 10.11.x (10.10.x as well, but it seems to run a bit better on tha version of the OS). There really isn't anything you can do besides upgrading Acrobat, or installing an older version of Mac OS - potentially in a virtual machine.
